42nd Annual Shallow Explorations Drillers Clinic
April 17-19, 2007
Scheman Continuing Education Building, Iowa State Center
Ames, Iowa

The conference sessions are designed to assist those engaged in exploratory drilling and targeted towards drillers, field supervisors, engineers, and geologists involved in investigating and sampling subsurface materials for geotechnical and environmental purposes.

Manufacturers’ representatives will be present to answer questions and exhibit the latest in equipment, services, and drilling methods.

• Tuesday, April 17, 2007 (Gateway Conference Center): National Drilling Association Workshop from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The NDA workshop will be held at the Gateway Conference Center in Ames - ½-mile from the Iowa State Center.
• Wednesday, April 18, 2007 (Scheman Continuing Education Building, Iowa State University Center): SEDC technical program presentations from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 - 3:00 PM; Drilling and Equipment Demonstrations: 3:30-5:00 PM: Social hour and Barbecue: 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
• Thursday, April 19, 2007: The 31st Annual ASCE Geotechnical Conference will be held in conjunction with the SEDC at the same location.
